The hotel provided excellent accommodations with spacious rooms, including a separate bedroom, kitchenette, and seating area. The cleanliness was excellent, making our stay very comfortable. The staff was helpful and polite, and some of them were able to assist us in English. the location was perfect for our needs, being close to many restaurants and bars.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were very polite and helpful, and we were impressed by the spaciousness of the room. The separate living and dining area made it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen facilities were well-equipped, although we didn't get a chance to use them. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options. The location of this place couldn't have been better for us, as there were many great restaurants and bars nearby. we had a wonderful experience here and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
This hotel is simply amazing and we would highly recommend it to everyone.

La Residence Itaim By Manager is conveniently located in a quiet side street near Faria Lima, close to a variety of excellent restaurants and the popular Shopping Iguatemi. The hotel offers spacious accommodations with cozy living rooms, kitchen facilities, and ample storage space. The staff is friendly and polite, and the breakfast is delicious. the hotel provides a free ride to the surrounding area.
The gym facilities at the hotel could be improved.
